House rules at Dental Practice WIT
Welcome to Tandartspraktijk WIT. In our practice dentistry at a high level objectives. The team consists of several dentists. The work within WIT are all encompassing to as restorative and esthetic dentistry, dental hygiene, etc. To give you more insight into our process, we ask you to read through the text below. They are the ‘house rules’ of practice. Most house rules speak for themselves. Even patients who are already with us in treatment, it might be useful information. This will help everyone to pull as pleasant as possible and we know each other where we stand!
After a visit to the dentist is common to a new appointment at the reception. If the plans are not possible then the new appointment be made by telephone on Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00 by phone 020-3304260.
For Urgent cases outside our opening hours and on Sundays you can contact the Emergency Department.

Delivering on promises
It is expected that you your appointments. If this fails please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, within our working hours, to pass. If not then we are forced cost of the reserved time to charge.

1st and 2nd time failure to make a dental appointment € 1, – per minute planned treatment
3rd and 4th time failure to make a dental appointment € 2, – per minute planned treatment.
Between 2 times breach of an agreement, a period of five years observed.
It’s nice that you are on time for your appointment are present, we are trying to work on time. This is possible only when our patients also on time.
Because we practice with you rather than with the accounting process, we have all exposures to patients Famed transferred. Famed specializes in billing and collection of claims and has been working for more than 4000 (para) medics. In short, we have more time for you.

Payment of your note

Sign up for a treatment
For an appointment with a dentist you should always sign in at the front desk. The reception will then log in to your dentist so they know that you are present.
For extensive treatments you will receive in advance a budget. Only if a patient has agreed to provide the budget, a patient treated in our practice. Please read the budget always carefully!
Smoking, pets and mobile phones
Obviously it is not allowed to smoke in practice, also Pets are not allowed. We also ask you not to call at WIT.
Watch over your property. WIT is not liable for damage, theft and / or loss of property. We advise you to keep your belongings not unattended.
At WIT do our best to give you satisfaction to be treated. Do you still have a complaint, please let us know. We will do our best to make the complaint together with you to solve.
